Do you provide safety gear or do we need to bring our own?

 

Yes, Smash Room CT provides all the safety gear needed to participate. Please see our dress code to ensure you arrive safe and ready!

Do you take donations? 

 

We accept drop-off donations on the following days and times:
Friday: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM

There are certain items that are prohibited. Please send us photographs of any donations to ensure they meet our safety guidelines before dropping them off. 

 

Can minors participate? 

 

Children ages 11-15 can engage in Smash Room CT activities only if accompanied by a responsible, participating parent, adult, or guardian. Minors ages 16-17 can participate in Smash Room CT activities only if a parent, adult, or guardian walks them in and signs a waiver. Adult participation is not required for minors 16-17.  

 

What do you do there? 

 

Smash Room CT offers an alternative approach to stress relief. Depending on the package, participants can smash furniture, glass, and electronics.

Can people share packages?

 

Yes. However, it is recommended that groups with more than two participants purchase packages for each participant. 

 

Do you offer gift certificates?

 

Yes, Smash Room CT offers gift certificates. They can be purchased in-store with cash, or online.

 

Do you offer discounts?

 

With the proper credentials, Smash Room CT offers all military, first responders, healthcare workers, and teachers a 10% discount. A 10% discount can also be applied when purchasing ten or more packages.

 

Can you accommodate large groups for corporate/team building events?

 

Yes, Smash Room CT can accommodate up to 50 participants at a time. A special reservation must be made for large bookings, please call us to share the details of your event.
